Letter of Intent

To whom this may concern,

My name is Timothy Tracy Talley Jr I was born in Los Angeles County born as well as raised. I am writing this letter with the intent to get representation as well as a referral for my medical physician preferred at Kaiser Permanente in which I have my insurance covered by Medical. It has come to my attention that my brain is receiving as well as sending out waves of my living heart coherence along with brain waves. From the end of 2016 till this current date, it has become evident that the heart coherence along with the brainwaves of my livelihood has become readable by my fellow peers. In this response, I am bringing to your attention to get more informed on this situation along with managing the state of my being as in only functioning in my basic needs to avoid the more mature encounters. I was searching for a medical study on the function of my body so I may have clear options on how to approach this vibrant connection with my fellow adjacent in the ideal idea that it may get more understanding on how to manage for future references. So in this, I am looking to put a petition together to address this matter in how we may coexist with individuals whose coherence might appear more vivid than others. In this experience, it gave me a chance to understand that being a practical human being you are able to sort out issues within yourself and as an advocate for resources such as homelessness, mental health, and abuse you are radiant in approaching the world from a clear perspective of certain issues that as a human being are faced with on a day to day basis in this understanding by holding honorable standards you are capable of being a decent citizen. I as an individual I did not experience this phenomenon until I was twenty-seven years of age as I did not hear nor feel any mental responses to my thoughts and emotions beforehand. My concern to my fellow adjacent is transmitting my personal livelihood to young adjacent sending out the unwarranted intention. In this, I am hoping to come to a suitable alternative to containing my energy as well as my heart coherence to continue my life’s journey. Look forward to your response.
