What makes a Wise King/Man?
A Wise King carries the Fear of God. He is conscious of God and himself. He is made aware of his decisions. Kings must be hungry and thirst for knowledge like water. In all your getting get understanding. Kings must gain wisdom to sustain their kingdom (household, body, mind, and spirit) or it will surely perish. Feed your inner man so you can be a wise King at heart. Stay consciously aware of yourself and have faith that God is guiding you every step of the way.
wisdom:
⦁ the quality of having experience, knowledge, and good judgment; the quality of being wise.
The Beginning of Wisdom
The book of Proverbs is perhaps the best place in the Bible to learn of biblical wisdom. Proverbs 1:7 speaks of both biblical knowledge and wisdom: “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge, / but fools despise wisdom and instruction.” To fear the Lord is to start on the path to knowledge, and God can then begin to provide us with wisdom through Christ, who the Bible says is wisdom itself: “It is because of him that you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God—that is, our righteousness, holiness and redemption” (1 Corinthians 1:30)
Proverbs 9:10
10 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom,
and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.
Some translations of the Bible, such as the New International Version, sometimes replace the word "fear" with "reverence". It can also mean fear of God's judgment. The Fear of God is felt because one understands the "fearful expectation of judgement.
Fear of God
Hebrews 11:7
By faith Noah, being moved by the fear of God, made ready an ark for the salvation of his family, because God had given him news of things which were not seen at the time; and through it the world was judged by him, and he got for his heritage the righteousness which is by faith.
2 Corinthians 7:11
See how the very fact that you were made sorry from a godly motive has produced earnestness in you! [It produced] a desire to vindicate yourselves [i.e., by making amends for your wrongdoing]; an attitude of just anger [i.e., toward the wrongdoers]; a sense of fear [i.e., a fear of God for doing wrong]; an eager desire [i.e., to do the right thing]; a zeal [i.e., to correct problems]; and an attitude of avenging [i.e., that punished the wrongdoer]. You demonstrated in everything [you did] that you were pure [i.e., innocent] in this matter. [Note: This whole description of their conduct appears to be a reference to the incident mentioned in 2:1-11].
1 Timothy 2:2-3
2 For kings and all those in authority; so that we may have a calm and quiet life in all fear of God and serious behavior. 3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
Job 36: 13-14
13Those who have no fear of God keep wrath stored up in their hearts; they give no cry for help when they are made prisoners. 14 They die in youth, and their life is among the unclean.

Being conscious that a man does not get righteousness by the works of the law, but through faith in Jesus Christ, we had faith in Christ Jesus, so that we might get righteousness by faith in Christ, and not by the works of the law: because by the works of the law will no flesh get righteousness.
Solomon the Wise King
Solomon was the Biblical king most famous for his wisdom. ... Pleased, God personally answered Solomon's prayer, promising him great wisdom because he did not ask for self-serving rewards like long life or the death of his enemies.
God gifted him with unsurpassed wisdom, which Solomon squandered by disobeying God's commandments.
When you’re a child, you don’t see the value in being disciplined but “The rod and reproof give wisdom, but a child left to himself brings shame to his mother” (Prov 29:15) and “He who loves wisdom makes his father glad” (Prov 29:3a). How can we be wise in our own eyes before God? For one thing “Whoever trusts in his own mind is a fool, but he who walks in wisdom will be delivered” (Prov 28:26) and it is “By wisdom a house is built, and by understanding it is established” (Prov 24:3). The value of wisdom is seen in Solomon’s statement “Buy truth, and do not sell it; buy wisdom, instruction, and understanding” (Prov 23:23).
In Proverbs, Solomon acknowledges the following: Proverbs 25:1-5
God is greater than the king
God knows the wisdom of the universe and all wisdom is found in Him
God reveals his wisdom to the kings who search for it
The king is subordinate to God
The king's role is to fear God - that is, discern His wisdom and rely on His power
The king's role is tied to God's sovereignty, and his ability to make godly, wise decisions

Knowledge is what is gathered over time through study of the Scriptures. It can be said that wisdom, in turn, acts properly upon that knowledge. Wisdom is the fitting application of knowledge. Knowledge understands the light has turned red; wisdom applies the brakes. Knowledge sees the quicksand; wisdom walks around it. Knowledge memorizes the Ten Commandments; wisdom obeys them. Knowledge learns of God; wisdom loves Him.
We are all Kings under the Kingdom of God!
